TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL

The institution has a training and placement cell which helps the students to develop their career and to get placed in various reputed companies. The primary objective of the cell is to create a positive attitude about the career. The services provided by the training and placement cell are;

  • Organize career guidance programs and motivational lectures by alumni, guests and other faculties for the students to develop their career and life skills.
  • Conducts awareness programs on various recruitment strategies by inviting the HR professionals from various organizations.
  • Arranges external trainers to equip the students to fit for a professional career.
  • Company pattern oriented trainings are provided prior to the organization recruitment drive.
  • Placement training staffs assists in the preparation of Curriculum Vitae.
  • Helps the students to improve their employability skills in order to face the on and off campus placement drives confidently and also to meet out the corporate expectations.

Apart from this, college is offering placement training hours for the students. Aptitude tests, group discussions and debate sessions, training on public speaking and presentation skills are practiced on these sessions. From third year onwards mock interviews will be conducted on a regular basis with the help of all the faculty members in the departments. These types of training sessions will help the students to face the challenges in the recruitment scenario. The confidence level of students will also be enhanced with these sessions.
